The homeowner requested me to replace all the boards with Composite Boards at $30.00 to $55.00 each. After convincing him I can restore it for a half the cost! We started to work. After removing the old finish with a chemical striper, we started sanding. We finished the deck with two coats of Behr Premium Deck Stain in a Natural Finish. The end result was a new deck!

Mainentance is every 2 to 3 years, a simple pressure cleaning and another coat of Behr Premium Deck Stain in a Natural Finish.
